Project in Yamashina Ward, Kyoto City
Commercial Development
Deal with Hulic. Land that was occupied by a factory was acquired by our group and the factory was vacated to create an empty lot. Afterwards, a home center (Kohnan) was invited to establish a fixed long-term land lease for business rights. The land was sold to Hulic as a financial instrument.
Doshin 2-chome Project in Kita Ward, Osaka City
Condominium
Deal with Sunada Construction. After our group acquired a rental condominium and the tenants (7 commercial and 16 residential) were evicted, the property was sold to Sunada Property to be used as land for building a condominium.
Kyomachibori Project in Nishi Ward, Osaka City
High-rise Condominium
Deal with NTT Urban Development. Our company group acquired land that was located next to land that was owned by NTT Urban Development, and changed from a regular condominium project to a high-rise condominium project.
