Utsubohonmachi 1-chome Project in Nishi Ward, Osaka City
Planning an equivalent exchange project using fixed-term land leased condominiums for effective use of land owners. Our company has completed the eviction of tenants who were living in the building on the land and demolition work is underway. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall. Currently in progress.
Minami Ikebukuro 2-chome Project in Toshima Ward, Tokyo
Redevelopment project with Marubeni Real Estate Development, Nomura Real Estate Development, and Mitsui Jisho Residence. We are participating as a business collaborator in a redevelopment project with the three companies above. We are aiming for a city planning decision next year. Currently in progress.
