Sakaemachidori Project in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo
Hotel
After our company group acquired an old building, we evicted the six tenants in the building and dismantled it to build a hotel. A hotel management company was established to operate the hotel, and the land and building were later sold to First Brothers (investment fund).
Kameido 3-chome Project in Koto Ward, Tokyo
Studio Apartments
We collected the land of multiple land owners through buying/selling and exchange. After acquisitions were complete, we developed a plan to build studio apartments on the land and sold it to Veritas Investment.
